Examples of Children’s Writing
Here is a selection of writing produced by 10 or 11-year-old children which is of high quality. It may be useful to see what excellent writing by children can be like. The children had half an hour to plan, write and check and were given a title. Some reasons why these were good pieces of writing, and some suggestions about what the writers could have improved, are given.
